About Me

I'd like to welcome my new readers! I'm so glad you found Spend Less, Live More. My goal is to help others save money and have fun getting freebies just like I do.

For those of you who don't know me personally--I'm simply the wife of 10 years to an amazing man and stay-at-home mother of two beautiful children (Allison, 5 & Ryan, 1).

November 5, 2009 was the 1st Anniversary of Spend Less, Live More! I took a look at my very first entry this morning and had to chuckle a bit. On November 5, 2008, I made a vow to take a new approach to the way I was spending our hard-earned dollar and since that day, this has become the most fulfilling part-time job.

For too many years I was a frivolous spender and lived conveniently by not planning, budgeting and wisely spending our money. Each day I am becoming better educated and learning how to spend less money on food/groceries, health & beauty, clothing and household items. We are looking forward to living with less debt and embracing a more frugal lifestyle. Shopping by way of coupons and sales trends has by far continuously proven to be the best way for us to save our money!

It is always easy to get to my blog by typing in http://www.spendlesslivemore.info/, but I wanted to let you know that you can also subscribe to my updates. I try to update my blog several times a week (sometimes multiple posts daily), and would hate for you to miss out on any great deals since the best freebies are time-sensitive and most times don't last more than a few days.

Subscription
You can subscribe to a daily update by email, which will include the new posts from the past day. Look over at my right sidebar for "Subscribe to Spend Less, Live More" to sign-up for the daily updates. Just type in your email address and then hit the "Subscribe" button. Be sure to activate your subscription by clicking on the link contained within the email sent to you. Your privacy is important to me and I never will use your email address for any other purpose or give it out to anyone. If you read multiple blogs then you may want to try using a blog reader. Some choose to use the "blogs I'm following" in the dashboard at blogger.com and others use Google Reader for reading my blogs because they can see updates as they happen throughout the day on their homepage and can browse by the titles of the posts. That way you can just click on the titles you're interested in reading.

I format my posts so that it is easy to find related items, just look under "Labels" on the right sidebar. I love to hear from my readers. Please feel free to post a comment or EMAIL ME with any questions you may have. I do try to respond to all of my emails in a timely manner. However, if there is a delay...please remember, first and foremost--I am a mother.
SHOP SMART!
